Perhaps the person who posted before will provide the link again. I think four short shifters were compared, and the UUC came out on top, despite the fact that it was significantly cheaper than the others.

One thing to note was that the reviewer admitted a conflict of interest -- a friend of his was/is working for/with/at UUC. I have no idea whether this affected his judgement or conclusions.
