not get good range. It uses the am/fm radio antenna because it is a specific wavelenght for the frequency which the pager is transmitting on. Using a antenna designed for a totaly different band will affect the range of the pager. ie: 800-1Ghz vs. 88-107Mhz.. But, go for it if you like.

I'm trying to find a better way to interface the autopage paging network with the bmw stock alarm.
I would like to have the page go though the cellular antenna rather then the window antenna.
This can be done, however the connector on the cellular antenna is a cable UHF female. It needs to be converted to the standard Audio antenna adapter male end.
i know i could develop something, however anyone know of a place that sell a converter for this sort of thing.
