Frequencies the unit supports, Unfortuantly i can't use any kind of boost, because it damagages the unit. We'll see how it is, because first of all it wasn't designed to use the antenna in the windows, and distance was only at a 1/2 mile, So i'll be happy with 1/2 mile from the cellular antenna if i could get that.

not get good range. It uses the am/fm radio antenna because it is a specific wavelenght for the frequency which the pager is transmitting on. Using a antenna designed for a totaly different band will affect the range of the pager. ie: 800-1Ghz vs. 88-107Mhz.. But, go for it if you like.

I'm trying to find a better way to interface the autopage paging network with the bmw stock alarm.
I would like to have the page go though the cellular antenna rather then the window antenna.
This can be done, however the connector on the cellular antenna is a cable UHF female. It needs to be converted to the standard Audio antenna adapter male end.
i know i could develop something, however anyone know of a place that sell a converter for this sort of thing.
Thanks.
