Don't pay much attention to connection speed on the other end as users will generally put slow speeds down to discourage leeches... Sometimes the ping speed will be N/A but that does not mean that you can't get extremely high transfers from them, it generally just means that they are firewalled. Also, because Napster servers are not linked together, if you can't find what you want, disconnect and reconnect and search again... Is this because of the fluid situation with people turning their machines on and off, or is it some other factor? I've only started using it these last couple of months.
