Agree 100%. The type 44's look bigger than they are in terms of diameter due to the design of the spokes going all the way out to the edge of the rim. I've had people think I had 18's.

And they're somewhat easy to clean. The 330ci wheels (on the psort package) are a great design but I think they give the work a different more muscular look, certainly not bad but different.

Man! I've always loved the Type 44's, but I'm getting a 330Ci. Now while I'm only half-kidding in wanting to replace the 330 SP wheels with Type 44's, I guess I'm half NOT kidding (hey... that's kinda obvious isn't it...)

If I wouldn't loose the extra width in the rear tires, I might actually consider it more seriously.

Don't get me wrong, I like the M double-spokes, but there hasn't been such a genius of a wheel design as the Type 44 in a long time. (The last genius wheel design was the Momo Arrow -- that five-split-spoke wheel that looked so great on E36s everywhere)
