I find that people tend to kick the passenger doors open. Sometimes, it's impossible to get the scuffs off the plastic.

I took a a risk and tried some Dupli-Color Vinyl & Fabric spray paint. My interior is black, so picking the color was easy (flat black). I understand you can get custom colors as well.

Anyway, I masked off the parts I didn't want to spray (like the leather, the speaker grille, the metallic paint under the plastic, the door sill, etc) and sprayed several very light coats. It was like magic! The scuffs are gone and the door looks like new.

I would normally cringe at the idea of doing something like this, but it worked. I did three of my door bottoms (where the scuffs were) and they all look great!
