Holy crap my March production car is in production (archive)

What the hell does that mean now? I know the steering won't be fixed but what about the HK that I did not order because it was supposed to be standard on March production cars. I suppose the premium pack won't be reduced either?
This is the second car I have ordered because I cancelled the first after learning of the changes to be done in March.
