I bought some clear tail lights off of ebay (I did not know they were replicas). It says on the box

"attention (disclaimer) This lamp set is intended for off-road or show purpose only. It is not intended to be used for regular driving conditions. Users must follow the directions given. The manufacture, distributor and retailer are not responsible for any misuse for this item. Any use of this item other than its intended purpose voids any warranty given."

If I return I will be out $50. I have not even opened the box.

Does anyone have these lights, and are they ok to use? Are they legal to use in Ohio? I don't want to get pulled over because I have illegal lights on my car or anything like that.

Should I put these lights on, or bite the bullet, return them and get the ones from a BMW dealer?

Thanks for any advice,
Jason
