BMWNA survey - is it pass/fail at excellent? more (archive)

When assessing your dealer on the BMWNA survey is it so skewed nowadays that if you give the dealer anything less than excellent that they are penalized?

I'd like to know if we should give our representative excellent marks for doing a good job.

What happens if you simply refuse to do the survey? I think it's all bull anyway. If they really want an honest answer on the service that you received, it should be an anonymous survey that you mail in or something. Not something that is linked to the dealer's bonus or something. (which they don't hesitate to tell you)

How soon after you get the car do they call you?
