I have a rio volt and just plop that on the passenger seat and use the tape (fake tape) to play it. When I have a passenger or am going on a long trip I place it in teh glove compartment (and let the wire run to the fake tape, set the thing on shuffle play and leave it like that.

How come car audio systems don't include a simple input, where you could plug in an MP3 player, tape player, or whatever you wanted that had an output?

Or does it? Does anyone know if there is a way to hook up my MP3 player to my car? I went for the in-dash CD player, so I can't get one of those fake tapes. Is there anyway to rig were you would plug in a cd changer?
