There should be an inbuilt auto shocker system that will shock the bejesus of anyone other than the owner who approaches the car with a key. This shock should render the @#$%^&*%! would be keyer sterile and leave him/her progressively paralysed, so that they are reminded why this happened. Also an automatc picture should be taken at the moment they get near the car, so that they are identified and whipped, preferably with some permanent limb damage.
Sorry, But I get mad when I hear about cars getting keyed....
