I've been running 36/40 on my M3 wheels 225/245 staggered with good results in the dry. I might try 40/40 on the 30th at the beginning and then probably lower the pressures. I originally started with 32/36 and you will get a lot of wear on the fronts as the tire "rolls" over on the hard cornering. My tires have now seen about 15 track days and are definitely showing wear.
