You could get the ECIS intake and from the money you'd save over the Dinan CAI, you could get the UUC short shifter. I have the ECIS intake and the short shifter, but given the choice I'd go with the intake system first. Actually my order of mods:

1. sway bars
2. Dinan stage 2 software
3. ECIS intake
4. AA Exhaust
5. UUC short shifter

Beyond that...E46 M3. he he
