Had this done twice. Once for a big soccer ball dent in the rear quarter panel. Popped out from the trunk. Second one was a common door ding in the passenger door. The repairman drilled a hole in the door jam above the lock to access the inside of the door with his dent removal "spoons". When he was finished, he glued a caplug into the drilled hole. IMO, better than a repainting.
