Hi Michael,

I was just at Stevens Creek BMW this past weekend and had a very good experience with Kathleen Pacitti. She was knowledgeable, and freindly. There was ZERO sales pressure. And no mark-ups on the vehicles.

I am looking at the 2002's as my lease will not be up until then. But I can say I will definitely deal with her when the time comes. I had a very bad experience with Allison BMW on El Camino. I will not be going back there.
