My 3 week old 325xi has been in the shop 9 days now when the engine/tranny lights came on.

After review by a BMW field engineer/dealer techs no one seems to know what to do except the bank who keeps making me pay for the damn car.

I am so annoyed that I now have a lawyer on retainer to bring suit.

Don't make the same error. Sorry to all the other BMW fans, I hate this car due to it's poor reliability..this has been the 3rd problem in 3 weeks.
