I replaced the set in my 325CiC with the Schnitzer pieces. They're 3mm thicker than the stock sport sways, and come with stiffer urethane body mounts. I haven't replaced the coils yet, but the sways made a BIG difference in handling and roll control. Ride wasn't stiffened up, but steering vastly better. Between your coils and teh sways, you should notice the difference.

well the ACS springs lowered the car approx. 0.75-1.00 inch. The ride is actually a bit stiffer and body roll was noticeably reduced, but I personally feel that it's not good enough, well at least from my observation, during hard cornering. I'm planning to go the the tracks this summer so that's why planning to change the shocks also, the problem is I don't know which kind or brand gives the best performance.
