I bought a Tundra in Dec (really nice limited TRD, V8) and the sales guy kept going back and forth, and back and forth and finally the Manager came out to close the deal(got it for 248 over invoice). I thought of it as unusal for him to do so. At my BMW dealership the GM never comes out from is office, ever, the slaes people do all of the work, and he just approves deals, he never comes out to close them.
