Got into Accident in my BMW-Fix at Dealership? (archive)

I drove my BMW into the curb while making a wide turn. Ended up having the right front Tie Rod and the Lower Control Arm being bent. Loud noise whenever I drive. Had it checked out at Wheel Works. Should I have them do the job or take it to the Dealership? Which would be cheaper? They haven't given me any estimate on the price yet. Anyone know how much it would cost? Help!!! Any suggestions appreciated!! I'm located in San Jose, Cali.
