Well, I'm another aux fan casualty, with a February build. I was in Boston for the weekend, and the varlet parkers at my hotel (just TRY finding self parking) must have left the engine running for quite a while. When I got it, the coolant level idiot light was on. I checked to find what looked like a dry radiator and splashes of blue dried coolant all over. Couldn't find any apparent leak so tried to drive to the closest dealer 2 miles away. Didn't make it, since the temp quickly redlined. I had to get towed and sat cooling my heels for 4 hours while they diagnosed it (although the service writer said over the phone it was likely the aux fan). Fortunately they had one in stock - the parts guy said they go through so many it's hard to keep them in stock.
