When there is damage on a Euro Delivery. BMW fixes it. If this happened after pick-up, I would ask for resale devaluation on top of fixing it. Can I do that in this case?? Ofcourse I haven't seen it yet, but that really is neither here nor there.

Do I have to go through the agency providing the insurance?? I didn't get a copy of the insurance form since I didn't drop the car off, BMW did it for me. They screwed up my paperwork on pickup day and they couldn't get the car ready before I had to leave. So they dropped it off for me. All I have is a pink copy of the signed acceptance receipt. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
