My dealer has been unwilling to replace the regulators so far. I have been able to eliminate the noises by spraying the rubber with a teflon based clear lubricant spray. This lasts about a week - or until it rains. I've been told that using BMW "Gummi Pflege" rubber coating will last longer; I'm going to get some and post the results. Hopefully, BMW will come up with a more permanent fix. FYI: Dropping the windows a fraction from their park position also stops the noises!
