You chances of getting the car replaced are - to say the least - slim.

Hi,

My Transmission gave way 3 days after I got my car and it only had less than 300KM on it. What are my chances of getting my 325Ci exchanged for a new one? Anyone did that before?
Also, after the transmission has been replaced, what are the chnces of it breaking down again within the next few months.
BTW, I didn't push the car to the limits, it was just normal everyday driving.
