actually, I just got the retrofit steering, but it certainly makes as big a diff in the driving enjoyment as any mod i can think of. i won't rehash all the excellent feedback that i've read here on the retrofit steering, but i'll just say that it is exactly what i was looking for and has a good amount of weight and road feel just like everyones been saying. a little background on myself: i've owned 2 other E36 bmws, so I was extremely disappointed with the light steering on my 330ci. however, i am extremely pleased with the fix that bmwna implemented. in short, now that i have felt the difference, i would have paid for this fix if they didn't. (btw, my retrofit steering rack was backordered, but when it finally came, it was a new one, not a refurbished one.)
