has anyone experienced any xenons that were blinding?

Yes. Specifically, certain (not all) Lexus GS

has anyone experienced any of the "fake" xenon blue halogen bulbs that were blinding?

Only on SUVs, misaimed cars, or high beams, the same as plain old yellow bulbs.

This whole recent stuff about banning HIDs cause they are blinding is a big load of crap. Its USDOT light pattern standards that require light to diffuse upwards, and people not aiming their lights properly.
