With the accidents, I wouldn't pay more than 29K (archive)

everything else seems okay. You can easily get the interior back in shape, except for the wearing leather.

Personally, the sedan works better for me. However, one-year old cars are usually a great deal, considering the huge dep. during the first year. Thus, if a coupe works for you, this might be the way to go (if you can get it in the 29K range).
