If you have time, swing by your BMW center. They should sell a number of different car care products. I used the BMW Car Wash Shampoo (sold by my dealer) on my other car (non-BMW) last week and it worked extremely well. Shouldn't be more than $8-$9 for a bottle of it.

My dealer also carries Zymol.
