The glass, by nature, will reduce some of the UV rays. To reduce 99%, get some tint. Even the lightest tint will help a ton. Remember, however, that the UV will still come in the front windshield, so keep that AutoShade up when parked!

I have always had my windows tinted (lighter as I got older), and my leather looks like new when I sell after a few years.
