Hi, I think it'll be too costly to try to get the factory nav installed. I suggest you add an Alpine/Clarion/etc aftermarket unit. The newer ones, especially the DVD based ones, are faster, nicer (i.e. bigger screens, more features), and easier to use. This will be cheaper and this way you get to keep your in dash cd. hope this helps...
