Does the check engine (or service engine soon) light come on? I had a similar problem with a truck that I had a few weeks back, and it turned out to be a faulty oxygen sensor. If you take it to the dealer, they should run a diagnostic check on your ride. Hopefully, it may pick up a faulty component. Good luck
