I use the rear seats to carry groceries, briefcase, drawings, whatever...and doors just make it quicker and more prone to be used.
And I always hated climbing in and out of the rear seats of coupes and thought I'd spare the folks, clients, & barnyard animals the routine. I love the look of the coupe but the sedan doesn't give much up to it. and you save a few coins.
