does anybody know the difference in handling, parts being transferrable between a canadian spec e46 320, and a us spec e46 325?

any opinion, help would be appreciated.

looking to buy one used with 8,000 miles for around 23-25k. is that too much or a good price? would i have hassles with service/support since it is a canadian spec bmw?
