I thought the same thing. Plus if you store it like the directions say it gets a mildew smell real fast which is hard to get rid of.

I've settled on using the California Water Blade, then taking the car up and down the block (mostly to dry the brakes so rotors are not rusty), and a small terry cloth easily finishes up.
