Sorry to hear about your incident Chris. A similar thing happened to me while I was sitting in my car. I was finishing a snack in the car and a lady in some Lincoln towncar pulls up next to me. She opens the door and BANG hits the side of my car. I turn to look at her, she looks at me and walks away without gesturing or apologizing. Fortunately the ding left only a small scuff mark, and I didn't feel like chewing out this old lady. Sh!t happens, people are rude, but in the end it's only a car. Hope everything gets resolved.
