ok, anyone tried this with the fog lights? (archive)

I like to drive w/ the fog lights on. It's not an inclination of mine simply to piss other drivers off (I know someone will have something to say about that), but I like the added frontal lighting it does on the sides and on the pavement directly in front of me. Gives a total lighting effect which is very nice. For some reason I can't get it ingrained in my brain that I need to hit that button when I turn the lights on. Must be a laziness thing. ;)

Anyhow, I was wondering if anyone had figured out a way to make that switch default to ON instead of OFF. I like the fact that they turn off automatically when the headlights go off, and want to maintain that. I think it's just a matter of popping out the switch and replacing it with another that defaults to ON. I've seen this for the IS300, which uses the same type of switch for its TRAC button (it defaults to ON like our DSC button, some want it OFF by default).

Any ideas? Anyone tried it?
