Some of them seem to be questions that only bureaucrats could come up with, such as the one, at least in the test I took, about exactly what the fine is for some specific traffic offense. Knowing the answer is only something that somebody that has just memorized the driving manual, or has just paid the fine, would know. By the way, the answers to those types of questions would obviously not apply in your state as laws are different everywhere.

And then there's the question about how many feet behind you can legally follow an emergency vehicle. Even if somebody actually knows the answer, it is almost meaningless because most people can't judge distances beyond a few feet in the real world.
