to remove the roof trim start at the forward section and pull away from the car body. once you get the first clip off, the rest snap off easily.

for the window trim. start at one and pry up with your fingers. lift a little section at a time. if you try to pull just at one end, you'll bend it.

installation is the reverse. it's a good idea to lube the trim channels to make it easier to press them in place.
