DSC Problem? (archive)

I took delivery of a new 325i at the beginning of the month. Before the car had 100 miles on it I had the DSC light and the yellow Brake light come on which the manual says indicates that "DSC, ADB, and DBC have been switched off or are defective". It didn't come back on the next day. Around 300 miles it came on again and came on as soon as the car was started. Took it into the dealer who said it needed a new lateral acceleration sensor, which they replaced and tested. Anyhow, I head out on the highway this weekend and within 50 miles of getting underway the lights come on again. This time, they reset whenever I stop the car for gas, food, whatever, but come back on after the car is driven anywhere from half a mile to 30 miles. Halfway home, we stopped for food and the lights mysteriously didn't come on again. Went out for groceries after getting home and didn't see them either. Now I fully expect them to come on again at some point and stay on, at which point it's back to the dealer again. Has anyone else had a problem like this and what had to be done to get it fixed?
