235/45's on 17x8 Rims (archive)

Anyone know if 235/45/17's will fit on 17x8 SP rims without rubbing? If anyone has this tire-rim combo please post pic, I'm interested to see how this would look on my 325I. Also, will that size affect the speedo significantly or cause any computer problems?
