Not just the seating surfaces like most other cars. Plus the quality is better than a lot of other manufacturer's leather.

I'm not saying BMW's leather is the best leather I've ever set my but on, but it is better than a lot of other cars that I've been in.


For those of you who don't know whether or not to get leather in your new e46 BMW, I think you should. I have leather in my 2000 323i and I've conditioned it (Lexol) about 3 times in my 16 months of ownership. I'm now living back in Los Angeles, and whenever I take an old friend for a drive in my car, they comment on the condition

and smell of the leather. I think the leather is one of the best options for the money.
