saw an E46 with M3 conversion(m) (archive)

i was driving down 16th near woodbine and i saee a silver 323ci i think with an M3 conversion done to it, he had the M3 front bumper and the rear bumper and he even had the quad exhaust....i had to double check that it wasn't a real M3 but it didn't have the M3 fenders with the grill..and it didn't look like he had the M3 rear view mirror....and his headlight were yellow, not sure if it was th whole thing or jus the corners but it was yellow and his tails were smoked out....pretty nice....
