Does anyone know how to remove paint safely from the exterior of the car. The guy parked beside me had his car painted white and the idiot dinged my passenger side door. Now my BMW has two smudged (he tried to wipe it off!) white spots of paint from this guy's car on its original metallic orient blue paint.

but should not hurt your paint that has dried for long long time/
