My car is the hardest manual to drive smoothly I have ever had, and I have always had a manual over several decades of driving, so it takes some time.

Can anyone please explain how to shift smoothly in my 330i?
I am killing everyone that sits in my car.. haha.. especially when i shift from 1st to 2nd year.... I can perform much smoother shift in my A4 or Jetta 1.8T, but after 3000km in my 330i, i still cannot get a hang of it.thanx!
