1 month old 01' 325i, problems now (archive)

Please provide any advise. I got my 01' 325i with SP one month ago, now 1,000 miles on it. I got two problems with this new car.
1. I just found one of the rear tires run flat. I meausred the air pressure was only 9, compared to other tires at 32. I carefully checked the wheels, no visible damage. What should I do next?
2. There has been a "zee zee" noise I heard whenever I drove off highway. I couldn't locate where the noise came from, but I found it was worse when I wheeled left. It was noisy when I parked into the underground garage. But when I drove on highway, it seemed OK.

Any suggestion and advise? I am thinking to trade in this one for a Audi or Toyota..
