Like Jim said remove the 2 screws from the arm rest and take out the arm rest.

Pull the whole interior of the door away from the metal portion of the door(only the bottom and sides---the top is connected differently.)

Be carefull not to separate the leather section away from that Black top section (they are stapled very flimsily.

now pull the whole thing upward (the black rail should come off easily if it doesnt you might break the sections away from each other.

I hope I didnt confuse you. This stuff is also covered in the BENTLEY manual.
