Marco - the "shadow line trim" is an option that comesstandard with the new sport models, and has been available as an option on other models, in some markets outside USA.

It replaces "all" the rub trim around the car with one that does not have the chrome on the top - all black (there are 3 separate pieces in the front bumber) . And it differs for the rear bumper depending if you have the Park Distance Control or not (cutouts for the sensors).

The "Shadowline option" also includes other components.
It replaces all the chrome trim around the windows with black. This also applies to the chrome strip on the inside of the door, at the bottom of the window.

So make sue you know what you want to replace - then make sure you get the right parts from the BMW parts catalogue "ETK".
