Joe, I'm in agreement with you about the E34. I think the body is a future "classic", and I prefer it greatly to the E39. That may change in a few years as the E39 body "grows" on me, but when I wrecked my 540 I wondered if it would be totaled and I'd have to try to find another E34, because I didn't want to get an E39. BTW, '95 was the ONLY year the 540 was available as a six speed. It first came out in '94, auto only, and '95 was the last model year for the E34. The E39 was introduced in early '96 as a '97 model, so effectively there were no '96 5 series cars.
: I'm looking for a low mileage, latest year available(1995?) E34 540i manual, Bronzit(Cashmere Biege?)/Tan(Sand Biege?) preferred. Will consider automatic.

: My '90 535i with 175K+ miles won't last forever and I just don't like the looks of the E39 (I'm sure I'm in the monority there, but to my eye the E34 is much better looking).

: TIA

: Joe
