I used Michelin too. Not anymore. Tire wear out less than 10,000km. I travelled weekly for about 3000kms to n fro totalled. Well, less than a month, there goes a pair of Michelins.

Pressure ? I have 18in ( 245/45 ) at 34psi. Recommendedby Michelins specialist formerly. As u go on the freeway, expect about 4-6psi increment.

As Michelin is 44pis max, I rather be on the safe side.

Few months ago, two tires ( Goodyear F1 ) burst !!
Rear wheel is under heavy load - unless ur limit of driving is 50km/h... on a BMW... i guess 150km/h and above is a YES YES - well, when the road is clear from not traffic but most importantly hidden officers on duty :)
