I don't know how much Dinan will improve the 540-E39, but they won't be doing it for a while. I happened to call them yesterday and they told me that the chip is at least two months away. They had the blower checked for fit and it won't be a problem. The other mods are already on their 540 6 speed and being tested on the track.
