I emailed them a week ago about questions on my new 540i. When I didn't get an answer, I called them. They said they never got the post (My dealer says the same). I spoke to "Heidi" in their Boston office, and she was consciencious about getting back to me with some answers. She wasn't a tech, however, so our communication was a bit disjointed. I guess you really need to call them. It's an 800 number, so what the heck. It would be good if they'd answer their mail, though.
